It’s like a warranty, but way more personal.  We’re a small company and our values are centered around creating quality products that fit into your experiences in the outdoors. 

We want you to be stoked with any product that's made with our Ascent Eyewear brand - any time our products do not live up to your expectations, please contact us @ info@ascenteyewear.com to get a proper evaluation.  

We guarantee all of Ascent eyewear products to the original owner against materials or craftsmanship. If we find the product to be defective, we will repair it, replace it, or refund your purchase price at our discretion. Of course, this guarantee does not cover lens scratches. Any misuse, abuse, or any alterations of our products will void this craftsmanship guarantee. Ascent Eyewear will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by or resulting from the use or or misuse in performance of ALL Ascent Eyewear products.

All this said, we’re all human. We're playing outside everyday and we know how it feels when our gear does not perform as expected. If it’s on us, we promise to make it right, At Ascent we stand by our products 100%!
