How it Started
Ascent Eyewear
Ascent has been a dream of mine for many years as I grew up with a passion for snow sports since 1960. Always seek protection from the elements of the outdoors when ripping up the dirt tracks in Minnesota's north woods and ski racing the best venues!
Those inspired building my best eyewear-branded protection company. Built from my best experiences as a fierce amateur ski racer, professional WPT pro tour competitor, and coach. Working in the field of product design for both Scott USA and Swans sports with the world's best athletes as their Competition Team managers. I’m more than stoked to bring you Ascent eyewear delivering cutting-edge designs. Such as Ascents Luna lens magic magnetic easy lock lens changing system.

Ascent Flip Sport Shields
New flip up lens design that ups the performance of our Ascent Flip sports shields. Developed through collaboration with our dedicated everyday rippers of on-hill snow sports teams! That brings the most inspirational product ideas to our Ascent design team based in MT Hood Oregon. Ascent is committed to bringing down the cost of the sport! By delivering the highest quality products equalling and rivaling the biggest names in the eyewear business at the best price. Giving back to our customers more value and performance for their dollars spent and savings on their next lift ticket to ride!
Ascent will bring their “ Give Back “ to support snowsport athletes sponsorship and scholarship programs. These programs will help defer athlete training costs. Allowing the next aspiring world champions get the best training experiences available to them. So they can achieve their end goal being the very best they can be in sport dreams become reality! This is provided through our various group % sales donation program, ski area employee % purchase program, individual athlete % purchase programs. Along with our Ascent Eyewear ™ self choice donations of 3 % of our annual sales after expenses. To ski clubs, associations, academies, or schools that are establishing an Ascent Eyewear ™ scholarship program for them.
