1. Ascent Eyewear is looking for a limited number of qualified area reps in all regions of the USA.

If selected Ascent would supply all the glasses and MTB flip shields, goggle and lens samples for initial use as selling
tools and for your use when coaching, teaching and free skiing. As outlined below. You only pay the sample
shipping charges that's deducted off the first payment made from your sales to Ascent. You can sell the samples at the same program rates of the discounted sale price as outlined within the program below.
Then at the end of each season after you're done using them keeping the profit for yourself or donate the proceeds to your club.

2. How the program works:

A. You will need to fill out the form found at the bottom of the page below, to tell us more about yourself, are you a coach, athlete, other ? Let us know your sport affliation, along with your club, HS, academy, college or industry affiliation. Why do you feel you would be the right choice to become an Ascent Area rep in your region? Then submit your application for us to review. If chosen you will be
notified within 7-10 days from the submission of your application.

B. Ascent will ship 4 models 1 of each style R-mix, R-trip, Cat classic, metal jacket, and MTB Flip shield model
to you. When selling the Ascent glasses and Flip Shields to buyers you will use these as selling tools and your own personal use. For each sale you’ll give them a code that is used at checkout to verify you sold
them to receive Ascent’s $10.00 commission sale for each sale made for all the glasses / flip shields sold.
You can elect to either donate to your HS, club, Academy, College programs or keep yourself. The code will
also give your clients a 15% discount at checkout for each glasses / shields purchase made

C. Ascent will ship you 1 of each HO55 and 1 HO125 goggles to use as sample try-ons for buyers to try face/nose fit and helmet compatibility. When selling the Ascent goggles to buyers you give them a code that
is used at checkout to give them 20% off Plus to Verify your sale to receive your $15.00 commission for each goggle sold. You can use your commission to donate to your HS, club, Academy, College programs or keep yourself.

Please note the HO55 goggle will not be available until late October.

D. Ascent will ship you 1 HOX55 and 1 HX1O25 sample lens to use as a sample use as a selling tool and if needed yourself. When selling the Ascent goggles to buyers you give them a code that is used at checkout to give them 15% off. Plus verify your Lens sale to receive your $5.00 per lens sold commission from Ascent. Which can be donated to your HS, club, Academy, College programs for yourself.

Please note the HO55 lens will not be available until late October

E. As outlined above your samples will serve as your gear to use as both selling tools and for your own use.
Ascent will additionally provide a T', and beanie, for yourself. * When applying online please indicate your
T’ shirt size)

F. Understand you will be acting as an independent contractor sales person for Ascent Eyewear. You will be
responsible for your own taxes on commissions paid. Which will be paid to you on a monthly basis. If your sales reach over $500.00 you’ll need to submit a W9 tax form to Ascent Eyewear before 12/1 each year.

G. Your commissions will paid to you at each months end from the first month you begin your duties serving as an Ascent Area sales Rep. This will be done by check so please include your current mailing address when applying for the Ascent Area Rep position.

I hope this all sounds good and is a doable program for you! To service Ascent Eyewear's Industry employees, ski schools, ski patrols, race programs, Free-ski, snowboard All Mountain athletes, members, coaches and volunteers in your area!
